Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by Xenia Vocal Consultant SRL, a company registered in Romania under number 42209070, with its registered office at Str. 1 Mai nr. 10, Baia Mare, Maramureș 610126, Romania.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person placing the order.
Accepting these terms
By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, along with our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email.
We may decline an order and refund you in full if a product is no longer available, or if there has been an obvious error in the price or the description.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.
What we sell
Everything in this shop is a digital audio file. Nothing is posted or shipped.
- Therapeutic frequencies — audio recordings created by Xenia Costinar with her own voice and real instruments. Delivered by download, immediately.
- The Personalized Frequency — a sound composition made individually, for one person, based on the photograph and information you send us. Delivered by email, between 3 and 9 days after we receive your photograph.
- The guided meditation — a free recording, sent by email to people who join our list.
This is not medical treatment
Our products are not medical devices. They do not treat, cure, diagnose or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing we publish is a therapeutic recommendation.
They are made for relaxation, balance and general wellbeing.
If you have a health condition, speak to your doctor. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment because of anything you read here or anything you experience while listening.
If you have epilepsy, a heart condition, a pacemaker or another implanted device, or if you are pregnant, please consult your doctor before listening. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
What people experience varies enormously from one person to the next. We describe what our listeners have told us; we do not promise you will feel the same thing.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable tax. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies.
Payment is taken at checkout, by card, PayPal or Shop Pay, through Shopify's payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.
Where a product shows a struck-through price next to the price you pay, the struck-through figure is our regular list price for that product.
Depending on where you live, your bank may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is theirs, not ours, and we cannot refund it.
Delivery
Delivery is by email and download, free of charge, worldwide. Timings and what to do if something does not arrive are set out in our Delivery Policy.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the therapeutic frequencies, and a free rework on the Personalized Frequency. The details, including your statutory rights if you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, are in our Refund Policy.
The photograph you send us
The Personalized Frequency is made from a photograph of you, together with the details you provide about yourself.
By sending them, you confirm that the photograph is of you, or that you have permission from the person shown, and that you are entitled to share it with us.
We use it only to create your frequency. We do not publish it, sell it, or share it with anyone outside the people who need it to do the work. How long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
What you may do with the files
The recordings, the artwork, the written material and the site itself belong to Xenia Vocal Consultant SRL and are protected by copyright.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to listen for your own private use, on your own devices, for as long as you like.
You may not copy, share, upload, sell, lend, broadcast, or use the recordings in your own content — including videos, streams, classes, sessions with clients, or anything commercial. You may not remove or alter the credits embedded in the files.
If you want to use a frequency in a professional practice or with clients, write to us. That is a different licence and we are happy to talk about it.
Reviews and testimonials
The reviews and message screenshots on this site are real, from real customers, published with their permission. Most of our listeners are Romanian, so many of them are in Romanian; where that is the case, we show the original text and an English translation underneath it.
Nobody was paid for a review. What one person felt is not a promise of what you will feel.
Your account and your conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.
Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering what you paid for, and for fixing it if we do not.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by our hosting, payment or email providers; for your inability to open a file because of your own device or software; or for the subjective results of listening, which differ from person to person.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, ours is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Complaints
Write to contact@xeniavocalhealer.com. We reply within one business day and aim to resolve any complaint within five business days.
If you live in the European Union and we cannot reach a solution, you may contact the consumer protection authority in your own country, or the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
If you are buying as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules that apply where you live. Those rules apply to you in addition to these terms, never instead of them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this site at the moment you place it.
These terms, together with the Refund, Delivery and Privacy policies, are the whole agreement between us. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.
