Everything sold in this shop is digital. Nothing is posted, nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges, customs fees or import duties — anywhere in the world.
Therapeutic frequencies — immediately
Your download link arrives by email within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. You also get a download link on the order confirmation page, so you can start listening straight away without waiting for the email.
If the email is not in your inbox, check your Spam and Promotions folders — that is where it usually is. If it is not there either, write to contact@xeniavocalhealer.com with your order number and we will send it again.
Your files stay available to you. If you change your phone or lose the file a year from now, write to us and we will re-send it.
The Personalized Frequency — between 3 and 9 days
This one is not a file waiting on a shelf. It is composed for you, from scratch, after you order it.
Immediately after payment you receive a confirmation email, and instructions for sending your photograph if you did not upload it with your order.
The clock starts when we receive your photograph, not when you pay. Without it, work cannot begin.
From that moment, your frequency takes between 3 and 9 days. The range is honest rather than cautious: each frequency is created individually, and we do not work to a calendar — we work until the sound is right. If yours needs longer, we write and tell you.
It is delivered electronically, to the email address on your order.
The guided meditation
The guided meditation is a gift. It is sent by email when you join our list, at no charge and with no purchase required.
What we need from you
The only address we deliver to is your email address. Please check it before you pay — a typo there is the single most common reason an order appears not to arrive.
If you gave us the wrong address, write to contact@xeniavocalhealer.com from the address you meant to use, mention your order number, and we will re-send.
If something does not arrive
Write to us. We answer within one business day, and a missing file is fixed by sending it again — not by making you prove anything.
If we cannot deliver your order at all, you get your money back in full. That is covered in our Refund Policy.
